Interior and exterior, ovens, windows, end-of-tenancy cleans.
Gardens & grounds
Mowing, edging, weeding, hedges, green waste removal.
Painting
Interior and exterior painting, preparation and touch-ups.
Minor repairs
Handles, latches, hinges, draught seals, weather strips.
Fixing & assembly
Shelves, mirrors, curtain rails, blinds, flat-pack assembly.
Exterior
Water blasting, gutter clearing, fence repairs, low decks.

All rates exclude GST. Time is charged from arrival to departure, in 15-minute increments after the two-hour minimum. Invoiced on completion, due the same day.
What we can't do
These need a licensed trade, by law — not a judgement call we make on the day.
Electrical beyond bulbs
Light fittings, switches, sockets, wiring, switchboards, hard-wired appliances and smoke alarms.
Plumbing & gas
Taps, mixers, toilets, cylinders, and anything on water supply, waste or gas.
Structural work
Anything affecting a building's primary structure, weathertightness, or requiring a building consent.
We'll always tell you up front and point you to a licensed electrician, plumber or builder instead. Asbestos, and roof or height work beyond safe ladder access, are excluded the same way.
